Le Care Garnacha Nativa s'agit d'un mono cépage de vieilles vignes 100% garnacha blanc autochtone d'Aragón.
Le grenache blanc est né au long de la rivière du Ebro et remonte vers la Méditerranéenne jusqu'à Catalogne.
Des notes au fleurs blanches, pêche et un peu tropical à la fin.
Couleur jaune brillante, très bon corps grace à deux mois en barriques avec ses rafles.
Rond en bouche, avec un pas vivant.
Accompagnement idéal pour les poissons rotîs au four ou plancha, barbecue de poulet et légumes, salades aux agrumes, poissons fumés et sushis.
Fin, élégant et approprié pour toute occasion.

Bodegas Care was founded in year 2000 as a familiar and modern project focused on grape and wine quality. With 150 hectares and 4.000m2 state of the art facilities for winemaking, the winery aims to lead an area with a great heritage. CARE is the brand and intends to be the New Face of Garnacha in Aragon.
LOCATION AND CLIMATE
D.O.P. Cariñena, North-east of Spain. Altitude from 600 to 800 meters, Continental- Mediterranean climate, scarce rainfall below 250 liters, cold and dry wind called Cierzo. Rocky and poor soils.
WINEMAKER’S IMPRESSIONS
This bright white wine displays pale yellow with steel and green tones. The nose is very intense, with white floral aromas, hints of aromatic herbs and citrus. The fruit is ripe and exotic (passion fruit and grapefruit). The aging (2 months in barrels) make the wine perform balanced and complex. It has an outstanding balance between its freshness and structure.
The aftertaste is long and rich.
